    PUNE: Even though onion prices are rising in the country in anticipation of crop damage due to floods in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, the Nashik-based National Horticulture Research and Development Foundation (NHRDF) has said there is no shortage of the commodity in the country. According to the latest NHRDF report on on 00004000 ion availability in the country, there is stock of 10 lakh tonnes left over from the 25 lakh tonnes that was stored after the last rabi crop.
